This project is a fully integrated ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) solution developed for Multi Store (Garment Stores) management. The platform centralizes multiple business functions into a single dashboard-driven system, enabling departments to work seamlessly through role-based access and real-time data visibility.
The ERP system includes modules such as HRMS, Accounting, Store Management, Asset Management, Vendor Management, Production Management System (PMS), Branding, and CRM. Each module is interconnected to streamline daily operations, reduce manual processes, improve coordination between departments, and increase operational efficiency. The system was designed with scalability, security, and customization in mind to match the client’s unique manufacturing workflow and organizational structure.
We followed a structured approach to develop a fully customized ERP solution tailored to the client’s operational requirements and different system to manage stock, sales and incentive structure. After analyzing the existing processes, we designed and integrated modules such as HRMS, Accounting, Store, Asset, Vendor, PMS, Branding, and CRM into a centralized platform.
The system was developed with role-based access, real-time dashboards, and automation features to improve operational efficiency, reduce manual work, and ensure smooth coordination across departments.
